Project consists of a three-story townhome with a basement. The basement and the first level serve as a commercial toy store and its second and third level are residential spaces for the toy store owners. Project consisted of designing the layouts of each floor plan considering efficient circulation, materials and FF&E selection for both the residential and commercial floor levels in accordance to clients' specific wishes. Producing detailed and accurate renderings to visually transmit the idea to the client, was the key aspect to this project.
